We typically seek built-asset investment opportunities with a value-add component where our substantial entitlement, construction, or development talents can yield an asymmetric yield upside for our investors.
Entitlements &
Fee Development
Many times outside capital groups, other investors, or developers engage us to provide consulting services to reposition an asset for development or disposition. We have also contracted to provide development services on behalf of an investment partner or ownership group, oftentimes with a co-invest by the firm.
